BusinessDigital AI is a group uniting a business school in France and Madagascar, a training and consulting business, and sovereign AI data centres. We acquire enterprise clients early — through State-funded training and qualified legal counsel — then convert them into long-term customers of trusted AI hosting in our own French data centres.

The thesis

AI hosting is a high-margin market. Client acquisition is the hard part. We solve it.

Demand for AI compute and sovereign hosting is growing fast, and dedicated AI infrastructure has proven to be a high-margin business. But raw hosting is a commodity race won on capital and price. Our edge is different: we reach the client before the hosting decision is even made.

Through training funded by French and European public budgets, and through qualified legal experts who guide companies into EU AI Act compliance, we build a trusted relationship at the exact moment a company decides how to deploy AI. That relationship converts naturally into hosting our trusted, open-source AI in our own data centres. Lower acquisition cost upstream, recurring high-margin revenue downstream.

Why this is different

Most data centre projects carry commercialisation risk. We invert the model.

You build the capacity, then spend years finding tenants to fill it. We fill the pipeline before the infrastructure is even needed.

The company trains enterprises in AI deployment and EU AI Act compliance, then hosts their models and data in its own French infrastructure — Aulnay-sous-Bois today, Sophia Antipolis when the second site opens. The client learns to run AI, keeps its data under French jurisdiction, and deals with a single counterparty from the first training session through to production. The training is covered in full by the OPCO funding system. Hosting is a separate contract.

What this creates for the investor is a position that most infrastructure plays cannot offer: the operator who owns the capacity is also the one who brings the clients who fill it, because it qualifies their need during the training process itself. By the time a company signs a hosting contract, it has already spent months inside the ecosystem. The commercialisation problem is resolved upstream, not downstream.

The club deal structure, framed by AMF regulation, gives investors a share of data centre capacity. It addresses two distinct profiles at once. An investor looking for a physical asset with recurring revenue looks at the infrastructure. An investor looking for growth looks at the training activity that drives occupancy. The same vehicle exposes you to both, without requiring you to take a position on which will be the larger driver.

The demand and the asset sit in the same hand. That is not a marketing claim. It is the operating logic of the model.

Open-source, self-hosted AI in France answers the Cloud Act and AI Act concern directly. Clients own the model. No per-token billing, no vendor lock-in.

Recurring

Hosting in our own data centres turns each trained client into a long-term, high-margin customer. Revenue is contractual, not transactional.
